Why I Saw Your Healing Journey Needed to Transform
In 2020, I noticed a really big gap in helping people heal from chronic pain; even though 1 out of 5 people in the world have chronic pain … most of them have frustratingly ineffective care in the conventional medical world.
What is actually needed for people to not just manage their pain but HEAL their chronic conditions was NOT being widely shared.
Maybe you’ve noticed some of this: medication, injections, surgeries, endless exercises/stretches, short-term improvements with things like massage, acupuncture … but nothing truly helping people break free of a life dictated by pain.
“Pain management” companies sell pillows, TENS units, positioners, glamorizing the idea of how THIS is the thing you HAVE to try to magically fix your pain, your sleep, etc. But time and time again, they fail.
This mindset is completely backwards and the mind-blowing failure of it is what made me take a deep dive into the research of what actually IS effective pain care.

True Healing and Transformation Comes From Your Own Body:
In fact, since finally uncovering a LOT about healing pain, my philosophy and approach to healing is the exact opposite: it isn’t in the hands of OTHER people (yes, even though a massage feels good …) or the dependence on someone ELSE fixing you or giving you something. True effective approach to healing involves tapping into YOUR body’s wisdom and healing superpowers.
I started out working with Veterans I saw at the local VA hospital that had complex chronic pain conditions and applying the concepts of integrative whole-person, mind-body healing and nervous system work. I threw out the generic exercises that I was taught in PT school that were SUPPOSED to help with many pain conditions.
And it was such a game changer. I had people starting to transform their lives after decades and decades of pain … because I truly started to SEE past WHERE they hurt and started helping them heal all the WHYs they hurt.
Today, my full focus is helping women heal from pain in a real comprehensive way – physically, psychologically, emotionally.

I believe true healing from chronic pain extends beyond pain relief – yes, it is about FREEDOM from pain AND it is about RECLAIMING lives and nurturing and living with our authentic selves.
